From the ARRA Team: 

We are always glad to know that individuals are interested in joining our family and the ARRA accepts applications from any interested person in the state of Arkansas who can meet our minimum recruitment requirments. Keep in mind that we are more than just a group of people in the same cool uniform, we expect every member to contribute to the prosperity and growth of the ARRA Team and the airsoft community.

You don't have to join the team to have fun playing airsoft with us but you do have to be accepted as an ARRA member to enjoy the benefits of the team. If you are not familiar with the ARRA, you should know that we are a working team and all ARRA Team members pitch in and make things happen.

All new recruits must go through a brief training and selection process, after which you will go through a trial membership period. After the trial period you may be given the chance to become a full member with the opportunity to enjoy full membership privileges.
